Terms, Conditions, Privacy - General Info

DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver between 8am and 6pm CST 7 days a week, outside these hours, overtimes rates apply.
Delivery window is scheduled with a minimum 4 hour time slot. Because safety is a priority, any stated delivery time supplied verbaly, or on the TipsyCake.com Web site, is not a guarantee, but an estimate. Delivery charges for orders placed through TipsyCake.com are $2.00 per order per every one (1) mile radius. Delivery charges for orders placed by telephone are dependent upon customer's location. Delivery charge amount may change without notice. Drivers carry less than $20. Delivery charges for catering and bigger orders may change without prior notice. Please contact our manager for bigger orders.


RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on internet or retail sales due to FDA guidelines.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Custom orders placed through our retail shop may be canceled up to a
week prior to the creation of the order for a 25% of the entire order
fee. However, if the order has already been completed, cancellations
are not accepted.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us weekdays
at 773-384-4418 between 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. Central Standard Time. We
request that you retain all remaining product and packaging materials
so we can best assist you. If your product arrives damaged, we request
that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

FOOD ALLERGENS

We use only premium quality, natural ingredients such as butter and
pure vanilla, Belgian chocolate, farm fresh eggs, the ripest fruits
available, and freshly roasted nuts to create our cakes, cookies,
savories, chocolates, and other confections. Our products do not
contain artificial ingredients or preservatives.
