Each month Tipsy Cake staff will choose a photo that depicts a moment of your special event including one of our products. Photo submissions should capture a situation when the subject(s) interact with product(s) purchased from Tipsy Cake.

Entries should include the photographer’s full name, e-mail address, and a brief descriptive photo caption (e.g. “The cake incident at Jonathan’s 2nd birthday”.) The winning entry for each month will be included in the Tipsy Cake newsletter and will appear on the home page of the Tipsy Cake website that month. The winner together with the second and third runner-up will be included in our Photo of the Month online album. All winners of the Photo of the Month contests will automatically enter the Photo of the Year contest in December of each year. The winner of the Tipsy Cake Chicago Photo of the Year contest will receive a prize consisting of a free cake. The second and the third runner-up of the Photo of the Year contest will receive each a box of free Tipsy Cake pastries. The winners will be notified by e-mail, and the prizes must be picked up on the 3rd business day after the e-mail notification. Tipsy Cake is not responsible for the unclaimed prizes.

By submitting a photograph for consideration, those who enter certify that the photograph is his/her own original work, that he/she alone owns the copyright to the photograph and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph. By entering a photograph, an entrant grants Tipsy Cake the right to publish the photograph in the Tipsy Cake newsletter and on the Tipsy Cake websites.
