These highly addictive little slices have a coconut crust, topped with a layer of caramel filling with imported Australian golden syrup (think more like dark honey than maple syrup) and chocolate ganache. Tipsy Cake owner Naomi Levine says they got their name when neighborhood police offers started knocking on the bakery door late at night asking for “crack” ($2.50 per slice).
